Set of 3 spot foundations, 1 with RWD

It is important that your veranda is placed on a solid foundation. The support structures should be mounted on a substrate suitable for approximattely 750 kg without subsidence. If your substrate is not strong enough, or is not level, you can opt to place spot foundations. For spot foundations with RWD (rainwater drainage), the drainage can be connected to the sewerage system. The drain pipe or coupler should be 75mm in diameter. For spot foundations without RWD, you must provide your own water drainage. For example, you can let the rain run into the garden above ground or you can choose to install a rain barrel.
