The question we get every day
When we entered the UK market in 2023, we quickly found that local companies were over £20,000 for a veranda that costs only £4,000 with us. That gap raises a reasonable question, and a understandable concern about the quality of our products, especially when people genuinely believe a veranda should cost over £20,000. That's why we made this video: to show you exactly how we can be so much cheaper than our competition.

13 years of Tuinmaximaal
What started in 2013 with a simple idea: Make outdoor living affordable for everyone. Thirteen years later, we've sold to over 200,000 homeowners across Europe, opened 11 showrooms in five countries, and eventually brought the same model to the UK. This episode is the short version of how a Dutch garden company became one of the largest veranda sellers on the continent, and why that matters when you're buying from us.

How hard can it be?
Four out of five of our customers install their veranda themselves. Three-quarters have it standing within two days. No specialist tools, no tradesman, no prior experience. Every component is labelled, every step is numbered, and the whole system is designed to be assembled as easily as possible, while maintaining the highest standard. What if something does go wrong?
Things go wrong sometimes. So here's exactly what we do when they do. Damaged in transit? Send a photo, we ship a replacement. Stuck during assembly? Phone support, seven days a week. Broke a part yourself? Almost every component can be reordered individually. And whatever happens, there is always a 10 yr warranty included with your veranda. No claims forms. No fine print. Just the people who trained on the product picking up the phone.
